Heuristic reviews are one of the highest-ROI UX investments a team can make. I use Nielsen's 10 heuristics as a foundation but adapt the lens to your product category and user expectations. Deliverables are practical: severity-ranked issues, illustrated with annotated screenshots, with concrete recommendations for each.

I built this portfolio site from scratch using Next.js, Tailwind, and a Word doc-driven content workflow — no CMS, minimal dependencies, deployed on Vercel. I apply the same approach to client sites: prioritize clarity, performance, and maintainability. Sites that are easy to own long-term, not just easy to launch.
