  • Directed the design of the first AI-powered (LLM) sales chat experience reducing non-sales calls to sales by 40%
  • Drove the design of the first ML and AI-powered support chat experiences that increased self-service resolution by more than 35%
  • Managed the design approach for rationalizing Autodesk's community and social customer experiences including forums, blogs and events
  • Successfully transitioned team from a primarily in-person setup to a remote-first environment, helping to diversify the workforce

  • Pioneered design-thinking in the first design-specific group for web marketing at VMware, enhancing the customer experience
  • Ran a top-tasks efficiency program that maintained an engaging brand experience while improving visitors time at task average by 35%
  • Grew and maintained the marketing user interface style guide and digital patterns library

Web Analytics, UX and Design Manager / Core Content Lead

Managed web analytics, user experience, and design for HP's IT management software properties. Prior to HP's 2006 acquisition of Mercury Interactive, served as Senior Manager of Web Metrics and UX at Mercury.

  • Led HP/Mercury marketing web integration project including successful integration of Mercury and HP OpenView web sites
  • Defined overall web strategy for HP's new IT management software business
  • Defined and managed usability testing projects to increase site effectiveness
  • Managed site metrics resources to produce ad hoc and scheduled reports on site KPIs
  • Conducted page redesign and testing that resulted in a 15% increase in traffic to lead conversion
  • Initiated and managed first remote usability tests with Ethnio remote usability tool, resulting in substantial decrease in cost and resource requirements

  • Supervised a staff of up to 10 web specialists
  • Set course for IA, UX and visual design to meet user and business goals
  • Managed budget, prioritized key funding initiatives, and maximized value for funds spent
  • Created completely revamped IA and page wireframes for Oracle Open World site based on usability testing and card sort exercises
  • Led projects that turned user-testing results into actionable plans for site improvements and increased lead generation
  • Managed user-centered redesign of product section of PeopleSoft.com that resulted in increased leads to pipeline
